i am on this grout project, it sucks, my hands are killing me
but of course it needs to be done - since I am da' man of da' house - it feels good to build something (of course, since I'm not a handy man doing grout feels like building :)
dinner was yesterday was simple and zero carb, I was craving something hot and not mushy:
5 egg organic egg yolks
1 tbs jungle pi oil
3 slice bacon
1 lb ny steak (fat seared, meat raw)
