getting back in workout zone again

dinner was higher in fat and lower in protein, just wasn't feeling raw beef, I worked out before dinner - just a general fitness workout of rebounding and Perfect Pushups while watching LowCarbCookingRx

Dinner:

4 tbs raw butter
3 organic egg yolks (raw)
3 organic eggs + 1 egg white scrambled in organic butter and organic evoo
4 slice bacon
1.5 scoops Grow!
1 tbs super plasma
9 organic asparagus spears roasted in bacon fat

about 83 grams of protein with a lot of fat
