yeah so I brought my scale to home away from home away from home...
so for the past few days I dumped 7 pounds of H2O which I will gain back over the next two days, then hardcore again!

I have dropped from 234.5 lbs, briefly hitting 182.6 lbs twice, once in 2006 and again in early 2008 I finally hit 180 and a touch below, so my new hoverpoint is around the low 180s, versus the low 190s My aim is to shed another 30 lbs of bodyfat to reach my goal This is my journey...
