- Going to keep this simple for now... I have dropped from 234.5 lbs, briefly hitting 182.6 lbs twice, once in 2006 and again in early 2008 I finally hit 180 and a touch below, so my new hoverpoint is around the low 180s, versus the low 190s My aim is to shed another 30 lbs of bodyfat to reach my goal This is my journey...

yeah, the difference was cutting out the dairy... from Sunday on it's just meat, eggs, and water... celery on some days when I cook the meat...
