195.2 at 28.3%

woke up super late yesterday, then watched football

dinner was simple

4 raw egg yolks and a 1 lb+ ribeye
washed down with 2 organic celery stalks

woke up this morning and did my weigh in then hit the gym and did legs
lots of leg press and a little elliptical machine

dinner was a little more rich today

3 raw egg yolks
3 slices bacon
1+ lb ribeye
sauce: 3 tbs red wine, evoo, horseradish, butter

plan is to drop to < 190 again for Saturday
