Christmas Time

I know, blogging hasn't been great

still cranking along with Progenex, stacking it with super plasma as well

doing 2 or more workouts in a row with strength increases, feels pretty good

for example yesterday I did chest

Incline Dumbell Press
50 lbs x 6
45 lbs x 8
50 lbs x 4

Then standing cable presses
50 lbs x 6
45 lbs x 6
50 lbx s 4

then this morning did incline dumbell press again

50 lbs x 8
50 lbs x 4
50 lbs x 5
Dips, 5 sets of 3
