and this is why my weight went up yesterday
but first, my folks called me and told me not to eat beef, so I made a mental leap to eat everything under the sun that wasn't beef...
did I feel bad, yeah... but not as bad as usual... I was super tired and cold so the exuses fit well...

dark chocolate protein bar
1 scoop Grow!
rosemary roll w/raw butter
roasted chicken leg
1 cornmeal crust pizza
I am looking forward to hitting the gym a couple of times over the next couple of days...
my goal is to have a build like Upen Patel
obviously my face is nowhere near as good as his, but I work on the gut right?
