I couldn't make it to dinner, just had cravings so I popped an anabolic pump before lunch and went to Erik's deli and had a club sandwhich, clam chowder, salt and vinegar chips, and a part of a brownie
later, I had an anabolic pump and had a protein shake (grow and super plasma), naan, hummus, organic yogurt...
then my buddies Tim, Colin, and Scott came over and we had a few beers and tequila then we went to Shalimar and had ton of food, their nihari rocks!
at home I had more organic yogurt with maple syrup and pecans, then apple pie with ice cream
and now my stomach is full of shame and spices

so I hitting up the diet thing hard again
good thing is that I am 188.5 lbs still
I had a workout on Sunday (yesterday) and ate low carb. My dips are back to 4 *lol*

this was a nice contrast to Friday where I had a wedding to attend and a big breakfast
Thursdsay night was dinner with my angel but we had steak and skewers with peanut sauce and sugar snap peas. Healthy and delicioso!

I had a workout on Sunday (yesterday) and ate low carb. My dips are back to 4 *lol*
Saturday was low carb as well.
this was a nice contrast to Friday where I had a wedding to attend and a big breakfast
Thursdsay night was dinner with my angel but we had steak and skewers with peanut sauce and sugar snap peas. Healthy and delicioso!
Wednesday night was a lot of chinese food and raw milk and egg sandwich etc...

a little lag...
so Wednesday night i had indian food (homemade) with a lot of raw milk at my girl's request
then the next night my best friend and family came over and we had rich indian food (not to mention a breakfast, lunch, and a good deal of stuff like waffles and ice cream)
I am fasting today to take a little bit of the damage off... we were going to go out for dinner but plans changed

packed on a few pounds...
so I got sick again on Friday - although I did wake up at 182.9 lbs
I fasted that day, then next four days have just been whatever food... honestly it is hard to eat a pound of raw beef when congested...
so I am back up to 191.2
I am not going to beat myself up (although I have a little) - it felt good having soup and sandwiches and tons of fruit and indian food and so on and so on and so on....
today should be clean food, but I have a few days of outside meals coming up Thursday through Saturday... Sunday to next Friday should be squeaky clean along with adding in fat burners and exercise again

so I was in Carmel all weekend for my best friend's sister's wedding
it was so much fun...
the Thursday before I weighed in at 191.4 lbs
Thursday was full of carbs and booze (including the SJ Sake festival with my buddy Christian)
Friday I ate clean and then Saturday through Monday was carbs and booze, although I did take protein shakes with me and did eat them...
I weighed in this morning at 199.2 lbs
so we might (I assume yes)... going to Kauai for Thanksgiving with my girl's best friend and husband (currently engaged)
I would like to go for a week and assume we will go on Sunday November 23rd... my goal... and I have said so many times... is to be lean... since that is too vague... my goal will be 160 lbs... however that looks (the assumption is vastly better)
I will do daily weighins unless I am away from a scale... my short term goal is to lose 2 inches on my waist for a wedding on the 12th of July...
I will eliminate dairy proteins and subsist on raw foods...
I will keep everyone posted... my blog will have my current weight and target weight for the day...

yikes, I am behind!
I haven't posted in a few days here so let me catch everybody up for Thursday to Saturday...
Thursday
single meal over a few hours
started off with low carb bites at Costco - sausage, hot dogs, cheeses... luv those sample
then a dinner of 4 egg yolks and 1 lb prather ranch beef (1/3 raw, 2/3 seared) with too much jalapeno cheese, ended with shrimp sauteed with a touch of teriyaki - this much food led to a gain of 3.6 lbs according to da' scale
next day I woke u early to hit the gym and hit chest, back and shoulders... we had a group lunch at work - I had at the steak fajita salad at El Torito w/no tortilla strips - with tons of guacamole (no chips, beer, dessert)
dinner was just 4 tbs of raw butter
Saturday morning I woke up at 193.2 lbs at 26.6% BF - my visceral fat rating is 9 (was 11 months before)
a lot of food today, including carbs and booze
hit the farmers market and had a (preceded by an anabolic pump) double breakfast of sausage/egg breakfast sandwich at Prather farm grill and scrambled eggs/toast/pancetta/potatos at another place (Rose something), then a cookie and mini risotto pastry...
had half a protein shake
then lunch with my family plus the two ladies (my bro's girlfriend and my gfriend)

well, diet summary Mon through Wed - totally clean
Thursday - had some dim sum and persian ice cream for my client going away, then Shalimar, oh boy...
Friday was a fast with just fat for about 580 calories
yesterday was a total disaster... had a great workout with 16 dips (2 sets of 5 and one set of 6 at the end)
then pork bun, chicken roll
protein shake
brunch at Citizen Cake
tons of booze
dinner at Angeline's (beer, shrimp po boy, hush puppies, bread pudding)
yesterday was a super fun day where me and my brother hung out in the city all day
we hit Toronado and I was able to have a pheasant sausage from Rosamunde Grill
body is still changing and getting leaner and more muscular... let's see if I improve this a bit but going clean for the next 5 days and from now on having off meals instead of off days

192.4 at 28.9% BF diet disaster day

but word of free chinese food had me make this day a food fest

I did have a good workout in the AM after 9 Morph - key metrics were 9 dips and leg presses with 125 lbs/side
i had a protein shake with 2 scooops of Grow! and 1 tbs of super plasma and 2 tbs maple syrup
during the day i had crackers with raw butter and pheasant terrine (yes, I know indulgent)
lunch I had free chinese food from Ho Chow's in Fremont and a protein shake of one scoop Grow! and one scoop whey isolate/micellar casein (and a cookie, I know I know)
in the evening I had more crackers and terrine, a scoop of designer whey, korean pork with rice, and frozen berries
really irritated because my girlfriend said I looked buffed but 'bigger'... I am going to kick it up... no shakes except for days I am crap food - also, going to limit portions on crap food from now on

my weekend...
so Friday I fasted all day... I popped a ton of oreganol and probiotics to get over my food poisoning...
I weighed in Saturday morning at 190.8 lbs at 28.0% BF. I was able to put on my black pants and there were pretty comfy, and get into the first of my new belt holes.
I zoomed off the the farmer's market at the Ferry Building in the city - I bought a ton of meat from Marin Sun Farms and Prather Ranch
I also ate a ton of food, no really
I had an Anabolic Pump, then:

ham/gruyere turnover

during the day I started feeling light headed, nauseous, and hungry... so I had a huge dinner...
felt sick afterwards but I had no choice
it was over 2K calories and at 29 gram of carbs
1 lb organic grassfed beef (a little raw, most seared)
2 sausage links cooked with red onion and 1 cup organic sphaghetti sauce
1 cup organic lowfat cottage cheese
layered cheese on top of sausage sauce on top of beef, like a ghetto low carb lasagna
and a scoop of whey isolate and micellar casein...
I paid the price of it at night - am fasting again all day today

a little too much weekend
so I was doing good... but my 1 day carb up turned into basically a 2 day carb up...
the morning was smooth, had a nice chunk of raw artisan cheese
I was railroaded by a impromptu lunch with my colleagues... very rare
I could have got sashimi... but I lost focus and katsu curry and a spicy tuna roll... at least I popped a few anabolic pumps today on this day
in the early evening I had a large protein shake and a Jay Robb bar and some granola after an intense workout... then went to watch 'Race'... ok movie
at night I had a huge sandwich, mac n cheese, and a sheep's milk yogurt... then some ice cream really late... all while playing Scrabble
Saturday I also had 3 anabolic pumps
in the am it was with raw colostrum, ma po do fu and rice/noodles, 2 organic eggs, and a big protein shake
in the afternoon, it was the same protein shake, 3 tbs maple syrup and a slice of fruitcake
in the evening - my buddy Partha's house - lots of indian food, and a touch of scotch and wine

I went to watch the UCLA game at my friend Brent's house - they won!

today was slow, watching movies (the first half of '300' and Resident Evil: Extinction) and visiting the folks - watched my Warriors blow a 26 point lead and then hold on to win!

i woke up a lot lighter, face looks thinner
had a great workout today
I did all the Perfect Pushups I could in 20 minutes - got 83
that is the number to beat when I do this next week
my dinner was heavier today with about 165 grams of protein and about 2000 calories
tomorrow will be a light eating today as Saturday will be my carbup with lots of chow and protein

so my girl turned 29 today... very mellow day today as we were out late...
actually we went to Icanto last night and had a wonderful dinner of pig trotter with fois gras and bacon, braised pork, duck pasta and a strangely awful dessert of chocolate tart and cardammon ice cream - then hung out with our friends and watched the last half of American Gangster
I am running a little low on sleep so I skipped my workout today... I think I will take tomorrow off as well and lift hard on Tuesday
I weighed in Saturday morning at my girl's scale at 195.6, then I woke up this morning at 199.9
dinner today was 100% raw
I am going to try 100% raw for 5 days and see how I look on Friday...
that means my protein will be lower but i will be sure to keep my fat high... workouts will be Tuesday and Wednesday...

I decided to throw in a breakfast a couple of days a week, I should stop being so paranoid about eating, especially when it is healthy...
my breakfast was:
2 raw organic egg yolks
1/2 scoop whey isolate/micellar casein

1 tbs organic heavy whip cream
at 4pm, I had a dose of Con-Cret, the new creatine I am using

but first, my folks called me and told me not to eat beef, so I made a mental leap to eat everything under the sun that wasn't beef...
did I feel bad, yeah... but not as bad as usual... I was super tired and cold so the exuses fit well...

dark chocolate protein bar

rosemary roll w/raw butter
roasted chicken leg
1 cornmeal crust pizza
I am looking forward to hitting the gym a couple of times over the next couple of days...
my goal is to have a build like Upen Patel
obviously my face is nowhere near as good as his, but I work on the gut right?

my weekend and resuming excellence...
so over the weekend I ballooned up to 203.4 lbs with beer and fried food with my brother's 31st bday party
I have brought it back down to 198.2 lbs as of this morning
let's see if I can shave off 5 or 6 lbs of weight (water/salt/fat) by this Saturday

so I have ballooned up 8 pounds over the last 3 weeks or so...
