194.0 at 28.7% BF

yeah!
i woke up a lot lighter, face looks thinner
had a great workout today
I did all the Perfect Pushups I could in 20 minutes - got 83
that is the number to beat when I do this next week
my dinner was heavier today with about 165 grams of protein and about 2000 calories
tomorrow will be a light eating today as Saturday will be my carbup with lots of chow and protein
3 organic egg yolks
1 cooked organic egg
1 lb organic beef mixed with red onion and spices (1/3 raw, 2/3 seared)
3 slices bacon
2 oz goat cheese
4 tsp bone suckin' sauce
1 scoop Grow!
1 tbs super plasma protein
2 tbs organic heavy whipping cream
