so my Sunday raw meal took off 1.7 lbs
yesterday, I ate my one dinner of:
hunk of raw butter
1.07 lb raw organic beef
3 organic scrambled eggs with 1.5 tbs organic heavy whipping cream in butter
tobassco and barbecue sauce
Net Jay Carbs = 7g
then we hit the gym and it was intense chest, shoulders, and biceps workout
