of course I gained weight on my carb up!
but arms are looking bigger, more cut (note, not 'cut' as they are far from that), and bicep vein visible...
today was slow, watching movies (the first half of '300' and Resident Evil: Extinction) and visiting the folks - watched my Warriors blow a 26 point lead and then hold on to win!
dinner was simple and about 1160 calories - a little low, but I like to zig zag them the first day after carb up and then increase protein/fats instinctually
Meal was 100% raw
4 organic egg yolks
1 lb organic grassfed beef
big note: I started Lipo-6 X today - so I am on a fat burner for about 5 weeks to see if I can break into the 180s
