193.8 at 28.9% BF

slowly but surely it drops :)

I couldn't sleep all night, so I woke up early and did an impromptu gym session...

so I popped some con-cret at 500 am and at 6 started lifting

I want to bulk up the glutes so I did dumbell squats

30 lbs x 5 (2 sets)
35 lbs x 5 (5 sets)

1 chinup

Assisted Pullups
80 lbs x 3 (2 sets)
90 lbx x 3 (3 sets)
80 lbs x 4 (done one at a time, 30 sec between singles)

dininer was about 1550 calories

3 tbs raw butter
3 tbs organic macadamia nut oil
1 lb organic grassfed beef (raw) w/ organic turmeric/cumin, salt and pepper

1 scoop whey isolate/micellar casein
1 tbs super plasma

Fat = 113 grams Protein = 133 grams Carbs = 0 grams
