so I ate a lot of calories last night, but maintained low-carb... I guess it will fluctuate. But my low carb pudding with pecans was magnificent!
my girlfriend mentioned that I had slimmed down a bit from the last time she hugged me
I didn't work out, but just chilled - will work out later today
Main meal at dinner:
4 raw egg yolks (organic)
raw butter with organic turmeric and cumin
3 slice bacon spread with 2 oz goat cheese
1 lb organic ground beef (raw)
minced dried onion
1 scoop of whey isolate/micellar casein blend
1 tbs super plasma
6oz heavy whipping cream
1 scoop Grow!
2 tbs raw organic cacao powder
handful raw pecans
