well, at least I woke up at 192.8 lbs...
in the morning I had 2 tbs of organic evoo and omo
evening meal:
1 lb prather ranch beef (raw)
6 organic egg yolks (raw)
1/2 organic yellow onion sauteed in lard
2 tbs almond meal
2 tbs barbecue sauce delish!
then the New Orleans Hornets happened
