for some reason I wanted to super up my saturated fat intake and got a little queasy in the process but I still woke up 1.2 lbs lighter this morning from yesterday... that makes 9.5 lbs in 4 days not bad... back to where I was last week with 2 horrible eating days last Thursday and Saturday...
so my dinner was:
2 organic egg yolks (raw)
2 organic eggs scrambled with 2 egg whites in butter/bacon fat
5 slice bacon
1 stick organic cultured butter
1 lb raw lean (91% - only organic ground they had)
