again, friggin' amazing how fast weight falls off when you diet and how fast it gains when you are not!
no gym yesterday - will go today
just dinner:
4 raw organic egg yolks
<3 tbs jungle pi organic macadamia nut oil
1/2 lb lean organic grassfed beef (raw)
5 slice bacon
1 small organic onion sauteed in bacon fat
1/2 lb organic chicken livers sauteed in bacon fat
8.3 lbs off my 203.5 lbs disaster on Sunday morning
