I woke up at 191.5 lbs at my girl's place after fasting all day...
during the day I started feeling light headed, nauseous, and hungry... so I had a huge dinner...
felt sick afterwards but I had no choice
it was over 2K calories and at 29 gram of carbs
1 lb organic grassfed beef (a little raw, most seared)
2 sausage links cooked with red onion and 1 cup organic sphaghetti sauce
1 cup organic lowfat cottage cheese
layered cheese on top of sausage sauce on top of beef, like a ghetto low carb lasagna
and a scoop of whey isolate and micellar casein...
I paid the price of it at night - am fasting again all day today
