i had a pretty standard me weekend
Friday and Sunday were low carb... Saturday was not
I was able to hit the gym both Satuday and Sunday
for specifics, my Friday dinner was:
6 raw organic egg yolks
1 lbs organic grassfed beef
a little raw, mostly seared 1 minute per side
organic mayo
2 tbs bone suckin' sauce
Net Jay Carbs = 10 grams
Saturday
Food all day - some shakes
dim sum, party food of crackers, cheese, chicken sandwiches, mochi...
Sunday dinner:
5 tbs raw butter
4 organic raw egg yolks
1 lb Prather Ranch beef (raw) with spices
key metrics for my workouts
2 days in a row: 2 sets of dips for 5 reps
I was able to do 10 sets of 3 of 100 lbs for the T-bar
