I am at 193.8 at 30.1% BF
like I said, the scale is not super accurate at low carb diets...
considering I did 3 sets of 5 dips yesterday means that my lean muscle mass is at least the same...
so this coconut oil did a wallop punch to my gut... so not feeling good...
dinner was simple at about 1330 calories
2 organic egg yolks (raw)
0.94 grassfed beef (raw) mixed with 1 tbs steak rub (7.5 g carb)
2 tbs macadamia nut oil/coconut oil/red palm oil (www.junglepi.com)
