3 organic eggs scrambled with butter w/gorgonzola
0.38 lb organic ground pork with 1 tsp spice mix
1/2 lb organic grassfed sirloin beef raw w/1 tbs worchestire sauce
1 tbs super plasma
cinnamon
2 small avocados w/garlic and lemon
1 tsp EFAs
Net Jay Carbs: 9
Imromptu workout because of tire problems... just 2 sets of calf raises and 10 dips... 1045 am (314 pm to 336 pm)
