finally getting close to catching up here
So popped some pre-workout supplements and hit the Perfect Pushup
I did 101 in 27 minutes - my best time to 101 so far...
I had a single meal:
8 organic egg yolks (raw)
1 tbs WI/MC + 1 tbs super plasma
1 tbs raw cacao
1/4 tsp organic cinnamon
organic sirloin pork chop
2 tsp spice mix - 4 g carbs
2 organic eggs scrambled in lard
2 slice bacon
Monday
breakfast was a tablespoon of organic evoo
at night, had dinner while cuein' and watching Spurs vs Hornets (what a game!)
5 organic egg yolks (raw)
1 tbs WI/MC + 1 tbs super plasma
1 tbs raw cacao
1 lb marin sun farms beef (1/4 raw, 3/4 - seared)
gorgonzola crumbles
1 tbs bone suckin sauce
1/2 organic onion w/worchestshire sauce
bacon
2 sunny side up eggs
