lots o' food but stayed clean!

rare 3 clean meal day... pretty stoked because I woke up at 191.8 lbs

i started off in the morning with a protein shake:

2 scoop Grow!
1 tbs super plasma
1 organic egg yolk - raw
2 tbs omo
1 tbs raw cacao



rare lunch (even rarer is healthier lunch) with 3 colleagues
miso soup
sashimi (hamachi and tai)


workout was great - 9 Morph
then 101 Perfect Pushups

waited an hour for dinner

5 organic egg yolks (raw)
1 tbs raw butter
0.9 lb pork chops (pretty rare, seared on outside) cooked in lard
