my pretty darn good weekend...

so Friday morning I woke up at 192.0... 11.5 lbs lighter than Sunday - not bad...

the day before, my food was:

AM
> 3 tbs jungle pi omo
4 organic egg yolks

late in the evening

4 egg yolks
1/2 lb organic pork chop (so so good)
5 slice bacon dipped in organic mayo
2 tsp spice mix

Friday was a food fest...

summary of day, 3 anabolic pumps

brioche/cookies
protein shakes
lunch at Townhouse in Emeryville
chicken pot stickers
prime rib sandwich
vodka gibson
lamb barley soup


italian sandwich
big protein shake
raw shake

pizza
fruit
pop corn - while watching Ironman!
coke zero
ice cream
raw cacao

Saturday - woke up at 200.5 lbs - no big deal (pretty typical)

single meal

4 raw organic egg yolks
4 slice bacon
1/2 red onion sauteed in bacon fat
1 lb Prather Ranch beef (raw) w/organic rosemary

1 tbs jungle pi omo

1/4 tsp organic cinnamon

Sunday - 2 meal day

great workout of 101 Perfect Pushups

afternoon lunch
4 organic egg yolks (raw)
3/4 lb pork chop cooked in bacon fat
4 slice bacon
2 tbs jungle pi omo
1/2 tbs raw cacao
2 organic eggs - sunny side up


night

2 organic egg yolks - raw
3/4 lb organic chicken coated w/almond meal and egg
fried in organic lard
2 organic eggs - scrambled


woke up this morning at 195.8... goal is to go 190 or below this week, should happen...
