still behind...

ok, so let's do Sunday through Saturday...

Sunday:

hit the gym with my bro' in the morning - I was stronger than he thought

post workout meal:

1 scoop Grow!
1 tbs super plasma
2 organic eggs - sunny side up
0.45 lb pork chop w/1 tsp spice mix
1 tbs organic cacao

late dinner:
chicken curry - no rice
4 organic chicken wings w/spice mix baked in organic lard

Monday:

going with the 2 meals a day theme

breakfast:

2 scoops Grow!
1 tbs super plasma
1 big tbs organic evoo

walked at lunch with my colleagues

dinner

4 organic egg yolks (raw)
1/2 lb marin sun farms beef (raw) w/organic spices

before bed:

1 raw organic egg yolk
1 tbs super plasma

Tuesday

breakfast: 1 tbs organic macadama nut oil

dinner:

4 organic egg yolks (raw)
3 organic eggs (sunny)
0.64 lb ribeye seared w/1 tbs spice mix - Rub w/ Love
3 tbs TJs hollandaise sauce

1 tbs raw butter
1 scoop Grow!
1 tbs organic cacao
1/2 scoop WI/MC
1 tbs BS

Total net jay carbs: 12.5 g

Wednesday

breakfast:
3 egg yolks (raw)
1 scoop Grow!
1 tbs super plasma
1/2 scoop WI/MC
1 tbs organic cacao

dinner

3 organic egg yolks (raw)
3 organic eggs (sunny)
0.61 lb ribeye seared w/1 tbs spice mix - Rub w/ Love
4 tbs TJs hollandaise sauce
4 strips bacon

1 tbs WI/MC
1 tbs BS

Thursday:

man, I went a couple days here without exercise, although I did get in 10 minutes of rebouding in today after a loooooooooong time!

I did a fat fast today, split up in to 2 'meals'

0 carbs
0 protein
1130 calories of fat

Friday

Stats:

191.2 lbs
26.5 % BF
133.6 LBM

getting better, but I wish it was faster

today was carbs and booze, but a lot of protein

workout in the AM, I did 10 dips in a row!

korean shortribs w/rice

lots of korean food and soju

later at Bubble Lounge - vodka cranberry

Saturday:

good diet day considering I went to my buddy's house for a cue...

one meal at night
