first week is always easy... it gets tough in weeks 2, 3, and so on...

so this day was my little brother's fiance's med school graduation so a lot of 'off' food, although tasty... I had breakfast

10 oz organic milk
1.5 sc Grow!
1 tbs super plasma
1 tbs raw cacao

in the afternoon had cut up hot dogs and chocolate and cookies...


then dinner at Bistro Don Giovanni

great food
pork chop, wine, beer, bread, dessert, port, etc...

I don't feel so hot today (ironic because temp is actually up)

so I may just have a tablespoon of oil for dinner as well...
