so Wednesday night i had indian food (homemade) with a lot of raw milk at my girl's request
then the next night my best friend and family came over and we had rich indian food (not to mention a breakfast, lunch, and a good deal of stuff like waffles and ice cream)
I am fasting today to take a little bit of the damage off... we were going to go out for dinner but plans changed
Saturday is family day so that will be jacked diet wise... but Sunday should be back on track
