tomorrow will be a different day food wise as I will be celebrating a graduation, so I will be 5-6 lbs heavier on Monday morning... my plan is to do a Tuesday modified fat fast with 1-2 tbs of oil first thing in the morning and then have my next protein meal the next evening... that should peel a nice chunk of fat off...
