today was back to basics
workout and meal - wasn't feeling too hot though... the cold and lack of sleep over the weekend tore into me

1 organic egg yolk (raw)

2 cloves of organic garlic

Workout (430 to 450 pm)
Basic - chest, back, calves, shoulders
