195.6 at 27.3%

pretty slow day, took care of the little lady and watched football

got a workout in the evening - back and biceps

dinner was healthy and yummy:

2 organic celery stalks
6 raw egg yolks
0.77 lb skirt steak seared with lard
4 tbs salsa with organic scallion/garlic
1 tbs super plasma with organic cinnamon
