Hey buddy, it looks like your rocking and rolling with your fast. I am on what I call "The Experiment" HA! Well The first time around I got sick due to a virus in my throat, not related to The Experiment. Then I re-started it for 30 days. Today is day 25 for me. Then I will have a "Tell All" post after the 30th day. Jeez HA!
So you and I are both on Journeys leading us to better health or the best we can do.

Well, I guess it depends, I'm making progress, I'm down about 22 or 23 lbs for the year, I want to loose another 20 or so.
I don't have your discipline to always eat zero carb, so I throw in the fasts to offset the calories.
So it is working - going without much calories always does, but it's not easy on some days, on some days it is.
I am also slowly getting more muscular, but I think that is from the workouts and bulletproof coffee, which has been awesome.
I will keep you posted - I guess you are my only blog reader :)
I don't know what your goals are, but you may also want to look up jack kruse - I do a lot of cold treatments - I have found that to have great effect, especially in my problem areas of gut fat

Going to keep this simple for now... I have dropped from 234.5 lbs, briefly hitting 182.6 lbs twice, once in 2006 and again in early 2008
I finally hit 180 and a touch below, so my new hoverpoint is around the low 180s, versus the low 190s
My aim is to shed another 30 lbs of bodyfat to reach my goal
