yeah, so a week off... Amgen Chapter Numero Uno has ended for now

I had a good 8 months...

I hit the "Dish" and did the Sprint 8 thang

dinner was light in calories and 100% raw

3 organic eggs
0.65 lb organic grassfed ground beef
2 tsp worchesthire sauce
organic dijon mustard

next few days will be spent at my folk's place
