so I repeated my pullup workout from Saturday morning
even better this time
I did 30 pullups, same sequence as before, pullup, neutral grip, chinup
this time I did it in 46 minutes, shaved off 9 minutes
in addition, I did 10% more overall
so 33 total in 50 minutes, the last 3 being single rep neutral grip pullups
I had a heavy dinner yesterday, meat, potatoes, eggs, egg yolks, half and half, and Warrior Milk, preceded by an anabolic pump
plan was to eat super light, but I went to the city and went to George's and had a dozen raw oysters and later at night had a 1/2 lb of ground chuck - still no more than 800 calories though I would say
