ok, so after fasting all day, dinner was:
4 eggs
2 grassfed patties
organic avocado w/organic lime, cumin, turmeric, minced dried onion
3 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
touch Bone Suckin' sauce
1 tbs organic apple cider vinegar
