I had a dose of 'magic'... wait, it is not what you think! I tried it with a low carb meal... who knows? it may work
I was 191.0 before dinner:
2 tbs organic coconut oil
2 raw eggs
0.97 ribeye (seared)
2 tbs steak sauce (3 g)
1.5 organic avocado
organic garlic, ginger, lime, cumin
1tbs apple cider vinegar
