so I feel a little better today so I hit the gym in the AM
popped 9 Morph and Chained Out and 10 Humapro and hit it hard
did 31 chinups in 17 minutes
5, 4, 4, and 6 sets of 3
getting stronger
then did dumbell squats finished with calf raises 35lbs x 5: 5 sets
between sets did hammer curls with 25 lbs, maybe 30 next time ?
then did 10 pullups, 2, then singles
Progenex More Muscle and Recovery with half a can of organic coconut milk
rest of the day CO + 10 Humapro - 2x
then 12 oz of Marin Sun Beef at night
low fat monterrey jack cheese
1/2 avocado
mushrooms in tallow
