25 dips in sets of 5
15 neutral grip chinups
threw down an AP before dinner
Prather pulled beef
2 organic eggs, sunny side up in lard
1 lb+ potatoes
barbecue sauce (with added habanero peppers)
celery
then 2 hours later
my Progenex MM/Recovery pudding with 1/2 can organic coconut milk, raw cacao, tons of organic shredded coconut and peanut butter (not that good actually)
