Strength Update - New Progenex Challenge

efknocked out 31 chinups, all with an additional 20 lb dumbell

3, 3, 3 singles

then sets of 2 until I hit 31 reps

took me 42 minutes

Hammer Curls, 2 sets of 5: 30 lbs
Barbell Curl: 60 lbs x 5 plus X rep (for an 8 count)

Modern BCAAs pre and post, with 10 Humapro each time

during the day, Chained Out and 5 Humapro

dinner, stacked with 5 Humapro

took 2 anabolic pump before dinner

0.5 lb Prather ground beef - raw
1 lb organic potatoes in tallow
1 slice bacon
shitake mushrooms

45 minutes later

Progenex More Muscle with half can organic coconut milk
looking forward to waking tomorrow with my weight loss plateau busted
