@ 25.4% BF, but I am not placing much stock at the BF percentage, but paying attention to the visceral reading of 8
took WTF this morning, then Chained Out and 10 Humapro (pre and post)
workout was good
I have decided to keep my chinups and pullups to 30 reps, and add weight
so I added a 15lb dumbell for each rep
31 reps in 34 minutes
3 sets of 3, 9 sets of 2
5 Humapro later
then AP
fage yogurt with shredded coconut and Zsweet
2 homemade cookies
5 Humapro
had a beal Pakistani lunch at Shalimar
dinner was ramen at Fort Mason
stomach was a wreck
30 Humapro total
