2nd leg workout today

took 2 scoops Jack3D, Chained Out and Humapro pre and post

Leg Press

130 lbs x 5
120 lbs x 8, 5, 5

Calf Raise
200 lbs x 4
180 lbs x 7
200 lbs x 5, 5, 5, 6 + xrep

Pullups
3, 3, 3, 3, 3

Chinups
3 + long static hold + slow descent

Seated Dumbell Bicep Curl
30 lbs x 6 (each hand)

Standing Hammer Curl
30 lbs x 5 (each hand)

after workout, half a can of organic coconut milk plus a scoop of Humapro drink, apple cider which is delicious

I really need to avoid these calories during the day

2 Ultrathione doses during the day

heavy dinner

1 organic raw egg yolk
homemade lamb and beef chili
cheese, organic cultured cream, cheese
1/2 can organic coconut milk with casein and organic half and half
mixed berries

a little rich but it was delicious
