ok, so I knew it was going to be a lot today
I hit the gym in the am
Chained Out + 10 Humapro pre
2 Chained Out + 10 Humapro
did 15 pullups in sets of 3
then did 15 chinups in sets of 3
then did 15 neutral grip pullups in sets of 3
dumbell hops with 30 lbs, 2 sets
rest of day popped magic and ate protein bars, 2 lattes, dim sum, muslim style chinese food, wine, etc...
