so here is where things went South for the week
started off Wednesday morning with a great workout
took WTF, Chained Out and 10 Humapro pre workout
during the workout sipped 2 scoops of Chained Out and popped 10 Humapro post workout

BW: 8, 5, 7
Tricep Overhead Press
45 lbs x 8
40 lbs x 11
nice carby breakfast as I knew it was going to be a 'fun' 3 days
1 scoop casein with half can organic coconut milk, almond milk, scoop of Yammit, and shredded organic coconut
took an AP before lunch, Thai Fried Rice @ Red Chili
big venti latte from Starbucks and a little dark chocolate
in the evening I got to see my friends (yeah!) at Taverna Aventina (or something like that), booz and bar food
late night meal at Delarosa - fried mozzarella sandwich and pizza
