Sunday was back clean again, hurt my back with the dip belt
but I still cranked out 30 pullups and 15 neutral grip pullups at home

Wilderness Family Naturals mayo - 2 big spoons
despite my big meal, stick took off 3.2 lbs overnight - back to raw for tonight
