today was super strict...
I am cutting out my protein powders for 1 week (or longer if it 'works)
dinner was:
4 tbs organic coconut oil
4 tbs raw butter
1/2 raw beef with organic turmeric/cumin
second supper at a friend's place:
grilled shrimp
grilled steak
2 servings of guacamole
