I woke up this morning at 199.0
I was tired for exercise so I just weighed myself before dinner: 197.2
for dinner today I had:
3 tbs raw butter
2 egg yolks
0.75 lb grassfed beef (1/3 raw)
3 slice bacon
2 slice cheddar cheese
1 sunny side up egg
1 tbs Bone Suckin' Sauce
1 scoop Procore protein
1 scoop Grow!
1 tbs super plasma
