stuck at 198.4 lbs

I am feeling bored and stressed at work

so I am eating a lot at night...

I think the anabolic pum (magic supplement) and intermittent fasting has made it so I don't gain, but I am not losing either

hunk of raw butter
barbecue sauce

2 chicken drumsticks

Weekend of cycling

so I will keep it short, maybe add few details later

Friday I ate good - woke up next day at 192.8

next 2 were bad - woke up today at 201.9

Weight: 198.7

and this is why my weight went up yesterday

but first, my folks called me and told me not to eat beef, so I made a mental leap to eat everything under the sun that wasn't beef...

did I feel bad, yeah... but not as bad as usual... I was super tired and cold so the exuses fit well...

I had a dose of magic, before and after dinner

tons of raw milk
garden of life summer berry bar
dark chocolate protein bar
1 scoop Grow!
rosemary roll w/raw butter
roasted chicken leg
1 cornmeal crust pizza

I am looking forward to hitting the gym a couple of times over the next couple of days...

my goal is to have a build like Upen Patel

obviously my face is nowhere near as good as his, but I work on the gut right?

Weight: 196.7

so my dinner paid off :)

I had a predominately raw dinner

4 raw egg yolks
0.87 lb longhorn tartare
1/2 organic onion sauteed with olive oil/butter
2 tbs barbecue sauce

today, no beef due to puja

my weekend and resuming excellence...

so over the weekend I ballooned up to 203.4 lbs with beer and fried food with my brother's 31st bday party

I have brought it back down to 198.2 lbs as of this morning

let's see if I can shave off 5 or 6 lbs of weight (water/salt/fat) by this Saturday

I did hit the gym twice, Sunday and yesterday - President's Day

ugh 198.6 lbs!

so I have ballooned up 8 pounds over the last 3 weeks or so...

my plan is to hit the gym more often... and start clean eating on Sunday

and not to go overboard in the interim

and then last two days back up to 196...


I am going to need to keep up the exercise and toss in a fast here and then...
