restarting progenex today...

so I found these shakes... determined to make the next three months consist of a dramatic change, I really have no excuses

if I eat out, only 1 day per week...

no pressure for veggies, mushrooms, etc...

just live on steak and protein and eggs and special mayo

getting better

dropped 5 lbs overnight

that was cool

late late late lunch

2 raw organic egg yolks
2 organic eggs - sunny side up in lard
1 prather ranch smoked pork chop - delish!
organic cinnamon/turmeric
1 can of organic coconut milk mixed with vanilla extract and ZSweet (amazing)

sick but hanging in there...

ok, so 2 days of lots of food, and unexpectedly had a lot of booze yesterday

my cold is pretty bad, but I'll be ok

had a simple dinner:

3 organic eggs fried in lard
0.46 lb Prather Ranch beef - raw
1 can organic coconut milk mixed with vanilla extract

keeping focused...

ate a carby dinner yesterday, but I had a p-slin before, also avoided gluten though...

had 3 days in a row of low carb, including a meal at Straits Cafe where I had seafood thai soup and a shaking beef salad

looking leaner, goal is to be 160 lbs by the time I hit my new girlfriend's sister's wedding

started off ok...

well, you know the 1st was kinda jacked with hangover food and guests

next day I fasted

the following day, started out good, then got railroaded by Isaac and Watsonville and sausages and pie and beer (oh my!)

yesterday was good again... just eggs, bacon and ground chuck
