I woke up not feeling so well, the day before I had been in Monterey for my friend Brent's triathalon and had a turkey burger and onion rings before going to my friend Partha's house for dinner - and some booze
dinner was simple, just some chicken, avocado salad, and three organic eggs sunny side up with kielbasa... my blog will be simple some days and a little more complex on others
I couldn't make it to dinner, just had cravings so I popped an anabolic pump before lunch and went to Erik's deli and had a club sandwhich, clam chowder, salt and vinegar chips, and a part of a brownie
later, I had an anabolic pump and had a protein shake (grow and super plasma), naan, hummus, organic yogurt...
then my buddies Tim, Colin, and Scott came over and we had a few beers and tequila then we went to Shalimar and had ton of food, their nihari rocks!
at home I had more organic yogurt with maple syrup and pecans, then apple pie with ice cream
I could have kept it together, but i didn't... hmmm...
midday sushi lunch with friend at work korean short ribs with rice a touch of tempura spicy tuna hand roll 1/2 another roll 1 big roll at the end
why did I get the last one, I was totally full
then I had free popcorn and chocolate at my work, huh?
went home to my folks place but stopped to buy raw milk and ice cream got a flat tire and went home and had raw milk, ice cream, then outback with my family and I had a vodka gibson and a beer and tons of food, then home with ice cream...
I am not happy acting like this
obviously my Friday weight will be astronomical but I this weekend should tame this stupidity

so I was in Carmel all weekend for my best friend's sister's wedding
it was so much fun...

Thursday was full of carbs and booze (including the SJ Sake festival with my buddy Christian)
Friday I ate clean and then Saturday through Monday was carbs and booze, although I did take protein shakes with me and did eat them...
I weighed in this morning at 199.2 lbs
so we might (I assume yes)... going to Kauai for Thanksgiving with my girl's best friend and husband (currently engaged)
I would like to go for a week and assume we will go on Sunday November 23rd... my goal... and I have said so many times... is to be lean... since that is too vague... my goal will be 160 lbs... however that looks (the assumption is vastly better)
I will do daily weighins unless I am away from a scale... my short term goal is to lose 2 inches on my waist for a wedding on the 12th of July...
I will eliminate dairy proteins and subsist on raw foods...
I will keep everyone posted... my blog will have my current weight and target weight for the day...

started off with low carb bites at Costco - sausage, hot dogs, cheeses... luv those sample
then a dinner of 4 egg yolks and 1 lb prather ranch beef (1/3 raw, 2/3 seared) with too much jalapeno cheese, ended with shrimp sauteed with a touch of teriyaki - this much food led to a gain of 3.6 lbs according to da' scale
next day I woke u early to hit the gym and hit chest, back and shoulders... we had a group lunch at work - I had at the steak fajita salad at El Torito w/no tortilla strips - with tons of guacamole (no chips, beer, dessert)
dinner was just 4 tbs of raw butter
Saturday morning I woke up at 193.2 lbs at 26.6% BF - my visceral fat rating is 9 (was 11 months before)
a lot of food today, including carbs and booze
hit the farmers market and had a (preceded by an anabolic pump) double breakfast of sausage/egg breakfast sandwich at Prather farm grill and scrambled eggs/toast/pancetta/potatos at another place (Rose something), then a cookie and mini risotto pastry...
had half a protein shake
then lunch with my family plus the two ladies (my bro's girlfriend and my gfriend) T-rex barbecue champagne screw bloody mary beignets hangtown fry ribs cornbread strawberry shortcake/chocolate banana cream pie
then Cafe Gratitude - raw coffee shake and almond/coconut balls (both raw)
at night had dinner at Koi Garden with my friends Partha and Bapi
had an anabolic pump 1 beer tons of great cantonese food (shangai dumplings, oyster egg crepe, korean shortribs claypot, lobster, chow fun, rice...)
ended the evening with 1 scoop of Grow! and Ben & Jerry's...
for some reason I wanted to super up my saturated fat intake and got a little queasy in the process but I still woke up 1.2 lbs lighter this morning from yesterday... that makes 9.5 lbs in 4 days not bad... back to where I was last week with 2 horrible eating days last Thursday and Saturday...
so my dinner was:

but word of free chinese food had me make this day a food fest
I did have a good workout in the AM after 9 Morph - key metrics were 9 dips and leg presses with 125 lbs/side
i had a protein shake with 2 scooops of Grow! and 1 tbs of super plasma and 2 tbs maple syrup
during the day i had crackers with raw butter and pheasant terrine (yes, I know indulgent)
lunch I had free chinese food from Ho Chow's in Fremont and a protein shake of one scoop Grow! and one scoop whey isolate/micellar casein (and a cookie, I know I know)
in the evening I had more crackers and terrine, a scoop of designer whey, korean pork with rice, and frozen berries
really irritated because my girlfriend said I looked buffed but 'bigger'... I am going to kick it up... no shakes except for days I am crap food - also, going to limit portions on crap food from now on
so I was doing good... but my 1 day carb up turned into basically a 2 day carb up... the morning was smooth, had a nice chunk of raw artisan cheese I was railroaded by a impromptu lunch with my colleagues... very rare I could have got sashimi... but I lost focus and katsu curry and a spicy tuna roll... at least I popped a few anabolic pumps today on this day in the early evening I had a large protein shake and a Jay Robb bar and some granola after an intense workout... then went to watch 'Race'... ok movie at night I had a huge sandwich, mac n cheese, and a sheep's milk yogurt... then some ice cream really late... all while playing Scrabble
Saturday I also had 3 anabolic pumps in the am it was with raw colostrum, ma po do fu and rice/noodles, 2 organic eggs, and a big protein shake in the afternoon, it was the same protein shake, 3 tbs maple syrup and a slice of fruitcake in the evening - my buddy Partha's house - lots of indian food, and a touch of scotch and wine
yesterday was good - split up over 2 meals, about 1400 calories 1 lb organic grassfed beef (raw) with organic turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper 2 organic egg yolks (raw) 2 tbs organic macadamia nut oil now that I have a new belt hole I can measure my waist without being too scale obsessive
so a pound dropped... not bad... the BF% is really deceiving on a day to day basis
looking leaner, belt getting looser, the plan is put another belt hole in this weekend... yup, ghetto and old school... but how else will I get to 32 inch waist?
I tried something a little different today, I used a dose of magic (USP Anabolic Pump) - no, not as an exuse to eat a ton of carbs - just 37 grams to be precise... supposedly it helps fat loss once in a while
dinner was a lighter than yesterday - approximately 1550 calories

yeah! i woke up a lot lighter, face looks thinner had a great workout today I did all the Perfect Pushups I could in 20 minutes - got 83 that is the number to beat when I do this next week my dinner was heavier today with about 165 grams of protein and about 2000 calories tomorrow will be a light eating today as Saturday will be my carbup with lots of chow and protein 3 organic egg yolks 1 cooked organic egg 1 lb organic beef mixed with red onion and spices (1/3 raw, 2/3 seared) 3 slices bacon 2 oz goat cheese 4 tsp bone suckin' sauce 1 scoop Grow! 1 tbs super plasma protein 2 tbs organic heavy whipping cream

I am running a little low on sleep so I skipped my workout today... I think I will take tomorrow off as well and lift hard on Tuesday
I weighed in Saturday morning at my girl's scale at 195.6, then I woke up this morning at 199.9
dinner today was 100% raw
I am going to try 100% raw for 5 days and see how I look on Friday...
that means my protein will be lower but i will be sure to keep my fat high... workouts will be Tuesday and Wednesday...

My aim is to shed another 30 lbs of bodyfat to reach my goal
