hit the gym

despite tiredness and junk yesterday

30 chinups in 22 minutes

37 total in 30 minutes

then I did 5 dips

strength update

30 pullups in 32 minutes!

ok, so last week was pretty crazy

over the period of Friday through the following Saturday, had SEVEN days of bad eating

a Chained out humapro fast on one day, a low carb day on another

put on 9 lbs as a result

went to Le Mar on Saturday for my mother's birthday

night before, went to Patxi's pizza for my buddy Loren's 40th birthday

trying for a 4 day Chained Out and Humapro fast

I did workout yesterday, tough - lost a lot of strength on the incline press, back down to 200 lbs

it was just one day :(

in short, Wednesday got railroaded by a bunch of food and lack of self control

yesterday was decent, but had to go out for mom's birthday

will retry this next week

so today is the first day of a 3 day attempt at a chained out and humapro fast

3-4 scoops of Chained Out a day along with 30 Humapro

workout planned for tomorrow

update

so I hit my all time lowest weight

177.0 lbs @ 25.7% BF

really happy - my next weigh in will be a few weeks from now because next week will be pretty slammed

and stronger...

so I repeated my pullup workout from Saturday morning

even better this time

I did 30 pullups, same sequence as before, pullup, neutral grip, chinup

this time I did it in 46 minutes, shaved off 9 minutes

in addition, I did 10% more overall

so 33 total in 50 minutes, the last 3 being single rep neutral grip pullups

I had a heavy dinner yesterday, meat, potatoes, eggs, egg yolks, half and half, and Warrior Milk, preceded by an anabolic pump

plan was to eat super light, but I went to the city and went to George's and had a dozen raw oysters and later at night had a 1/2 lb of ground chuck - still no more than 800 calories though I would say

in singles and two rep sets

alternated between pullups, neutral grip, and chinups

quick update

getting stronger

I'm up to 230 lbs on the BodyMasters Incline Press

yesterday did a single rep barbell curl with 80 lbs

also today, despite a chest and shoulder workout this morning

I did 15 pullups over 30 minutes

and then 5 chinups split up 2 hours later

good stuff
