Day 10, 11, and 12 of New Progenex Challenge

it has been a bad bad couple of days of eating

I need to really ratchet down this week once I can

Friday I git the gym and did chest, Progenex afterwards

too many calories the rest of the day, big dinner at Flemmings, chocolate, vietnamese food, and protein bars during the day

Saturday, had a great workout, chest shoulders neutral grip pullups

Progenex afterwards, didn't really eat that bad

meatloaf in the afternoon

went to a bbcue, and had meat, salad, almonds, glass of wine and half a beer

Sunday

no workout, no Progenex

just a great breakfast at Bechel's

then a bloody mary at Republic, then margaritas at Tacolicious, then beers at Horshoe Tavern

dinner was vodka gibson, chinese food at Uncle Yu's and pastries

Day 8 of New Progenex Challenge

so - all this whey is not sitting in my stomach all that great, so I have decided to use the Progenex only on days I workout or when I know I am going to eat out

my mini report will be longer than 30 days then as I am going till I run out of Progenex More Muscle

I didn't really eat the whole day, just doing Modern BCAAs and Chained Out and Humapro

I worked out and did 50 chinups and pullups in 39 minutes
did Progenex MM and Recovery afterwards with about a third of a cup of organic coconut milk

dinner was 4 organic egg yolks and 1/2 lb lamb chops with sauteed garlic in tallow

plan for tomorrow is to fast all day

take 10 Humapro before dinner

1/2 lb lamb chops with organic garlic

10 Humapro after dinner

trying to a few days a week with no artificial sweeteners or dairy

tomorrow I try not to eat meat so it will be a progenex mixed with a whole can of organic coconut milk

Day 5 of New Progenex Challenge

celebrated an anniversary today

good workout, was really sore but still did 31 pullups in 31 minutes

CO and 10 Humapro and WTF pre, then Progenex MM and Recovery post

in the later afternoon and eve, had See's Candy and a big dinner at Fleming's, but it was really fun

still got in 30 humapro total

Day 4 of New Progenex Challenge and Strength Update

well, something magical happened today in my workout

woke up and did the CO + 10 humapro, then my WTF

I hit the gym for chionups again

well, I did 61 IN 48 MINUTES!!!

not a typo

the 3 sets of 3 I did with an additional 15 lb dumbell

the rest was in sets of 2, 3, and 4

I knocked out the first 30 in 18 minutes, a few weeks I hit 30 in 22 min, but with 13 singles

came home and took Progenex More Muscle and Recovery

lunch was 2 raw organic egg yolks, 2 organic eggs sunnyside up, 1 sausage, 2 bacon, 1 smoked pork loin and organic grassfed butter

the rest of my consumption was chained out and humapro (30 total for the day)

Day 3 of New Progenex Challenge

another rest day

during the day had 30 Humapro and 3 servings of Chained Out

along with a serving of Modern BCAAs

before dinner I had a Progenex More Muscle and a teaspoon of coconut oil

dinner was filet mignon and sauteed mushrooms in tallow and ghee

Day 2 of New Progenex Challenge

Yesterday:

181.6 lbs @ 27.2 % BF

Today

179.0 lbs @ 25.3% BF

took a look in the mirror this morning and wow! - my back looked pretty good, my love handles looked pretty bad though

today and tomorrow are rest days from the gym

calories will be high today, kill some cravings, plus going out at night for beers and food, going to try and go with 1 light beer

FOR LUNCH I WENT TO RED CHILI AND HAD ROTI CANAI AND THAI FRIED RICE WITH A THAI ICED TEA

BEFORE AND AFTER LUNCH I HAD FAGE 2% YOGURT WITH BLUEBERRIES

AFTER LUNCH I HAD A WHOLE DARK CHOCOLATE BAR WITH NIBS AND 3 OATMEAL WALNUT COOKIES A COLLEAGUE HAD BROUGHT IN, THE THIRD ONE WITH A GRANDE STEAM MILK WITH SUGAR FREE HAZELNUT FROM STARBUCKS, ALONG WITH SOME CANDIED ALMONDS

DINNER AT HALF MOON BAY BREWERY FOR A SEND OFF PARTY
LESS THAN ONE LIGHT BEER FOLLOWED BY A POTATO SKIN AND A TOAST POINT WITH SHRIMP ARTICHOKE CHEESE SPREAD, MOST OF A BOWL OF CLAM CHOWDER AND MOST OF MY WILD SALMON FISH AND CHIPS, WITH SOME COD FROM MY GIRL

tomorrow will be a low cal day, just chained out and humapro and progenex more muscle and some organic ghee, calories will be about 400

Saturday, prob will have one meal out - then back to low cal Sunday through Tuesday

Wednesday will be dinner out with folks and almost certainly a lunch at work, Thursday and Friday 'clean' and low cal

Saturday - barbecue... and so forth

I promised Progenex I would let them know how this cycle goes for me

strength update: 2nd workout today

I couldn't wait to use my new Progenex

so I went back to the gym after work, this time near my folk's place

30 pullups, in sets of 2 and 3, in 26 minutes!

wow, this stuff is working!

took the More Muscle and Recovery afterwards, took the MM with a teaspoon of organic coconut oil

can't wait for 30 day update!

so I got some free new progenex More Muscle and Recovery from Progenex

really nice of them

I'm sure it works (why else would they send it to me? I know that isn't entirely logical but I am an optimist)

I am keeping a log for the guy who gave it to me

so I am starting out at: 181.6 @ 27.2% BF

my plan is to use the More Muscle each day for 30 days and Recovery after my workouts

note - today is the 13th day in a row I have been using the old progenex again

so this morning I knocked out 30 chinups in 32 minutes - all with an additional 10 lb dumbell!

strength update

so yesterday I did chinups, BUT all with an extra 5 lb dumbell

I did 30 in 32 minutes, 9 sets of 2, the rest singles

then did a close grip chinup with an extra 20 lbs, then another plain one

whoo!

trying to break the 177 plateau by end of next week

good update

so I finished a two day Chained Out and Humapro fast

yesterday, I even got up to 40 Humapro

I worked out, a scoop of WTF before I hit the pullup bar at my old client site

40 Chinups!!!

4 sets of 3
10 sets of 2
then 8 singles

took me 47 minutes

woke up at 177.0 lbs @ 25.0% BF, back is looking real nice

thinking about bringing the Chained Out down, don't like that many artificial sweeteners

hit the gym this morning after taking some con-cret

did the Bodymaster Incline Press - 30 reps, mostly in sets of 3 of 220 lbs, 1 warm up set at 210 lbs

really excited for next two months - I thinking I am going to do 2x CO/Humapro fasts a week - that is basically zero calories for two days, a great balancer... next weighin after tomorrow is in about 2 weeks

other than eating out - going to focus on eating goods, fasting, and working out really really hard
