Zero Carb Day

so I did an ice bath the other day, a short one on the 10th of February and a long one on the 13th of February

today a 20 Humapro with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil during the day

nice simple dinner of ground beef mixed with bacon and egg yolks

dip dip dip

so after taking 5 days due to sore biceps I did some dips

10 sets of 5 in 31 minutes

Wild weekend, sprinting, and today's workout

so went to Carmel for the weekend for my dad's 70th

was super fun - even did sprints on the beach

biceps are little sore - but I hit the jungle gym again today

alternated between chinups and neutral close grip on vbar, in a superset fashion - with 3 minute sets between sets
